Westech employs consultants that have been trained and certified by  the American Petroleum Institute to evaluate your process systems per API-580/581 risk base inspections.

Software Development

Westech employs consultants that are experience in writing data bases in Microsoft Access. We have an inspection data base that we developed for tracking asset inspection intervals that can track your assets on a system by system bases which forces systems to have a more intimate evaluation by the inspectors as apposed to inputting thousands of data points into a system that is arduous to maintain and has you monitoring bad data and may not evaluate your issues to the degree they should be. We also have the exclusive rights to retail the AutoMITE software which has modules for design data (such as material specs, pipe specs, corrosion in refinery processes), API-510, 653 &570 reference data and report writing, electronic QA program, issuing repair specifications, weld procedure and welder qualifying and tracking program, PA Storage Tank Inspection program, and more. Database Setup

Westech employs consultants that are experience in setting up databases for tracking assets to include Ultra pipe, PCMS and Emplov. Our techs are trained in data acquisition using data loggers for Kraut Kramer and Panametric UT meters and up loading from/to the afore mentioned database software.
